Join us in person at Des Moines Creek Parkrun! Receive a 5K shirt and help local families break the cycle of abuse, heal, and build thriving lives they love! We are excited to announce that 2-time Olympian and Olympic Semi-Finalist 400 hurdler, Dr. Jordin Andrade, will be at our Celebrate 5K! Afterwards, come over to Quarterdeck for an afterparty with live music and to see some our auction items in person! 20% of the proceeds from all mimosa flights and cocoa sales on October 19th will go to Lighthouse.
